Open a NOVKER OTDR-2101 file on your computer

Open an OTDR-2101 file

Inside the file the instrument names itself NK, model OTDR-2101, and some units write HICLOUD instead of NK. Either way the file opens just the same.

The OTDR-2101 writes an ordinary Telcordia .sor. We read all of it, the way the instrument wrote it.

1310 and 1550 nm together

The instrument saves each wavelength as a file of its own. Open both and the two curves go onto one chart, each in its own colour.

Which Novker program is yours

Novker puts its PC analysis software on its website for free, in three versions: for the Mini-OTDR, Multi-OTDR and Smart-OTDR lines. The OTDR-2101 is not in Novker's catalogue, and the same model number turns up on instruments sold under other names. So the site does not say which of the three belongs to your instrument. Each one is a program you install on a computer.
